New Westminster Salmonbellies team captain Nenad Gajic was one of six free agents to sign with the Washington Stealth of the National Lacrosse League last week.

Tennis leagues

Local tennis players are invited to sign up in both singles and doubles for community tennis leagues, beginning Sept. 3. Players are matched with others of their skill level. All players and teams are guaranteed six matches.
