The season of celebration is upon us once again. And just as the Santas and reindeers and snowmen light up roofs and lawns to lift spirits throughout the community, celebrations of other sorts get spirits flowing in other ways.

Without a doubt, it's the most wonderful time of the year to be a choral geek. Christmas is fast approaching - and all around the Lower Mainland, choirs are putting together concerts to share the warmth and joy of the season.

We are already at the end of November.

Dear Editor, I have a pet peeve. It’s people who can’t seem to engage in a rational discussion or find middle ground and compromise. There are countless examples I could point to, but the example that interests me the most here in the context of B.C.
