Editor: We are writing this open letter to express our ongoing concern with the lack of before- and after-school child care in New Westminster, specifically for the Richard McBride catchment.

Editor: I am a resident in the Sapperton area (Kelly Street) and about 15 bags of garbage were (recently) dumped in the lane behind my house. This isn’t uncommon, but this particular time there were articles that appeared to be biohazards.
