Letter: I'm fed up with biohazards dumped on my New West street
Editor: I am a resident in the Sapperton area (Kelly Street) and about 15 bags of garbage were (recently) dumped in the lane behind my house. This isn’t uncommon, but this particular time there were articles that appeared to be biohazards.
