Come Monday morning, Queensborough will be home to the first B.C. location of home renovation retailer giant Lowe's. The doors will open at 7 a.m. Monday for the "soft opening," and the public is invited to the grand opening celebration at 10 a.m.

Police look for suspect in bank robbery

New Westminster police are looking for a man they say robbed a bank on 10th Street on Tuesday morning. According to a release from Sgt. Gary Weishaar, the man entered the bank just before 10 a.m. and demanded money from an employee.
