Glenbrook, Lord Tweedsmuir on COVID-19 school exposures list

Eight of New Westminster's 12 schools have seen exposures since the Easter long weekend
Lord Tweedsmuir Elementary
Lord Tweedsmuir Elementary School saw a COVID-19 exposure on April 20 and 22. It's one of two schools, along with Glenbrook Middle School, to be added to Fraser Health's school exposures site today (April 29).

Glenbrook Middle School and Lord Tweedsmuir Elementary School are both reporting new COVID-19 exposures.

The Glenbrook exposure relates to someone who was in the school on April 23, while the Lord Tweedsmuir exposure occurred on April 20 and 22. Families were notified of both exposures on April 28, and the schools were added to the Fraser Health school exposures website April 29.

The two new exposures mean eight of the New Westminster school district's 12 schools have seen COVID-19 cases since the Easter long weekend. Three schools – Glenbrook, New Westminster Secondary and Richard McBride Elementary – have seen three exposures each since then.

Here's how school exposures have looked in the district since the winter break:
