New Westminster Police are on the hunt for a man wanted in connection with a number of offences across the Lower Mainland.

The suspect is a 32-year-old man who is wanted on a Canada-wide warrant for break and enter, possession of a weapon, uttering threats and mischief. He is also wanted on a provincewide warrant for breach of probation, according to a press release from police.

Police describe the suspect, Jory Wade Patrick, as an Aboriginal man who is six feet tall, weighs 155 pounds and has black hair and brown eyes. The words Jory and AK47 are tattooed on his left hand and there is a tattoo of a flaming dice on his right hand.

“We are asking for the assistance of the public to locate him, but do not approach him and call police immediately,” New Westminster Police Sgt. Jeff Scott said in the release.

Police say Patrick often hangs out in New Westminster, Burnaby and Surrey. Anyone who knows where he is or sees him is asked to call 911 immediately.
