If you haven’t yet thought of a gift for your sweetheart, Pacific Breeze Winery can help. New Westminster’s urban winery is offering special wine and chocolate pairing — and you’re invited to bring your valentine (or galentine) to indulge in some sumptuous treats.
You can book a 45-minute session on Feb. 10, 11, 12 or 14 that will give you and your partner a chance to try a flight of Pacific Breeze wine, paired with locally made, hand-painted chocolate from Crimp and Crumb Chocolates.
Here’s what your pairing experience has in store:
- 2022 Pinot Blanc Special Edition with Yuzu Cheesecake: Yuzu pate de fruit, cream cheese ganache, graham crust, white shell
- 2021 Rosé with Pucker Up: Orange pate de fruit, grapefruit ganache, white shell
- 2020 Cabernet Sauvignon with Crème Brûlée: Caramel vanilla bean ganache, caramel crunch, dark shell
- 2019 Reserve Cabernet Franc with Double Raspberry: Raspberry pate de fruit, raspberry dark chocolate, dark shell
