New Westminster police are seeking the public’s help in finding a high-risk missing person.
The New Westminster Police Department is seeking public assistance in the search for missing person Brittany, who was last seen on Wednesday, April 3 at approximately 10:30 a.m. Police say there is an urgent need to locate Brittany and to confirm her well-being.
“We are asking the public to help us locate Brittany,” Sgt. Andrew Leaver said in a news release. “Her family is very concerned about her well-being. She may be in crisis and it’s important she’s located as soon as possible.”
Brittany was last seen in in the 400 block of Sixth Street in New West. She has been known to frequent areas of New Westminster, Vancouver, and Richmond.
Brittany is described as a 33-year-old woman, standing 5’9” tall, with a medium build, and brown hair. She was last seen wearing a matching beige-coloured sweatsuit with a hood, carrying a black handbag, and a black fanny pack.
Investigators ask anyone who sees Brittany to call 911 immediately.
