Two New Westminster performers are taking to the stage in a musical made famous by Dolly Parton.

Douglas College theatre students are offering up an iconic Canadian dark comedy in New Westminster.

Classical music fans, don’t miss out: The West Coast Symphony Orchestra is coming back to the city. The orchestra is returning to the Music at Queens concert series with a Saturday, March 23 performance at 7:30 p.m.

They're making sure January won't ever be forgotten. My Name Was Januar y, the short documentary chronicling the life of New Westminster resident January Lapuz, who was killed in her home in 2012, premiered to an appreciative crowd last month.

Art lovers, don't miss the new show at Plaskett Gallery. Jenn Ashton is exhibiting work until March 31 in the exhibition /ôTHen(t)ik/. Ashton is an author and artist from North Vancouver who works mainly in acrylics, inks and collage.
