EDMONTON — The Edmonton Elks released American quarterback Taylor Cornelius and Canadian linebacker Adam Konar on Tuesday. The release of Cornelius wasn't surprising as Edmonton signed veteran quarterback McLeod Bethel-Thompson last weekend.
