TORONTO — A Toronto police officer has been injured while responding to reports of an assault at a subway station. Police were called to the Kipling TTC station in Toronto's west end shortly before 7:30 p.m.

CALGARY — The Calgary Police Homicide Unit is investigating the suspicious death of a woman who was dropped off at a hospital with extensive injuries. Police say the injured woman was left at the Foothills Medical Centre on Friday, Sept. 15.

BURNABY, B.C. — The RCMP Integrated Homicide Investigation Team has been called in to investigate a fatal shooting in Burnaby. Burnaby RCMP were called to the North Road and Cameron Street area just after 5:00 p.m. Saturday for reports of gunshots.
