Political experience (I.e.: how long have you been in office?):  While not currently in office in New Westminster, I was a City Councillor in the City of North Vancouver from 2008 - 2011.

Why are you running? New Westminster is a wonderful community and I would like to represent the residents in guiding our future.  Where we live and how we live affects so many aspects of our well-being and I want to be sure we plan for our continued growth in a sustainable way.

Top Three issues you want to work on:

*  Traffic;  In accordance with our Master Traffic Plan I will work with neighbouring municipalities and higher levels of government to advocate for transit resources and re-worked truck routes.

*  Affordability; I would also research additional housing options including; lane way housing, lock-off suites, small-lot homes and medium-sized density. 

 *  Local Economy; We must encourage industry, corporate and local business to consider New Westminster as the best option for locating their businesses.
