Why are you running?

New Westminster schools need experienced, collaborative leaders to make the most of the talent and resources within in our community. We need to have tough conversations, build bridges with provincial and local partners, and stand up for our promise of a great public education for every New West student. And, we need to ensure student and parents' concerns are heard.

As a parent to a Lord Kelvin student, I have a vested interest in seeing our students and schools thrive. 

I have spent 20 years working with young people and families, ensuring their voices and experiences inform strategy, decisions and investment of scarce resources. As a Trustee, I am committed to building confidence in our schools through wise governance, financial oversight, and advocacy for public education.
