Why are you running? We need a new vision. The voice of the community needs to be heard. I plan to listen closely to the parents, students and teachers here in New Westminster.
It is my opinion that we need to broaden the definition of public school success. As an experienced educator I am positioned well to make program decisions in the best interests of the students. I want to ensure a brighter future for this district. We need to prioritize student achievement and best position our students for long-term success.
Top three issues you want to work on:
- advocate for increased public school funding
- expedite the construction of a new high school
- upgrade technology in our classrooms
