Friday, Oct. 25

You don’t have to be a Jeopary winner to support a New West-based charity that supports families of people with disabilities.

The Family Support Institute is hosting its 12th annual trivia night on Friday, Oct. 25 from 7 to 10 p.m. (doors open at 6:30 p.m.)  Everyone is invited to enjoy a fun-filled night with prizes, snacks and more – and raise funds for the institute. The non-profit’s network of volunteers assists and supports families who have a family member with a disability using a peer-to-peer family support model.

Tickets for the fundraiser are $25 and are available at www.familysupportbc.com. It’s being held at the Dogwood Pavilion, 1655 Winslow Ave., Coquitlam.
