Students interested in joining the NWSS ski and snowboard club on a couple of trips to Whistler in the new year still have time to get their completed permission forms in before the deadline.
The club is planning three trips this season, but the deadline has already passed for the first one on Dec. 16. If any students want to attend the second or third trip, forms have to be handed in by Dec. 18 for the Feb. 2 trip and by Feb. 5 for the March 9 trip, according to a notice.
Trips cost $160 for students who need to rent equipment or $135 for students who have their own gear.

Both the Feb. 2 and March 9 trips take place on a Saturday, and participants are expected to be at the school ready to go at 6 a.m.
