Tour through this award-winning Vancouver dream home—and its indoor pool (PHOTOS & VIDEO)

The ceilings in this seven-bedroom estate, built in 2020, are 'adorned by hand with Venetian marble dust.'

It's time to celebrate, fellow real estate sleuths! Selling Sunset has been renewed for a fourth and fifth season.

The only problem? The next season of Netflix's most bingeable reality hit isn't expected to drop until later this year, if not 2022.

If you, like us, can't possibly wait that long to tour another luxury dream home through your laptop screen (one that, in reality, you'd probably need to win the lottery to afford), our sister site REW.ca is stepping in to meet your entertainment needs with a few of its priciest and most impressive Vancouver listings.

These homes might not be located in the Hollywood Hills, but more than a few of the properties currently up for sale could easily fit into L.A.'s high-end real estate scene. After all, Vancouver isn't nicknamed Hollywood North for nothing.

A case in point is this seven-bedroom, 10-bath custom home in Vancouver's Shaughnessy neighbourhood, dubbed "Elements Estate." (What, you're telling me your house doesn't have a name?)

Located just a stone's throw from downtown at 1438 West 32nd Ave., the opulent estate was designed and constructed by renowned luxury home builder T. Jones Group, with interior finishes conceptualized alongside award-winning Vancouver firm Sublime Interior Design. The two-storey-plus-basement, 10,663-square-foot dream home was built in 2020, and effectively blends modern and traditional style— and a whole lot of marble.

And when we say "dream home," know we're putting a lot of emphasis on the "dream": The property is currently listed for $23.88 million. That said, it's reportedly been listed on REW for 102 days now, so perhaps the final price could depend on the strength of your negotiating skills. The gross property taxes are a different story, however, with those amounting to $58,142 last year.

But for the eight-figure listing price, you'd be getting a property that's been recognized both regionally and internationally for its lavish design. According to the listing, Elements Estate was selected as the winner of three categories in the International Design & Architecture Awards' 2020 competition, and in three more categories for the HAVAN Awards for Housing Excellence 2020.

You'd also be getting a home that genuinely looks like it would be a lot of fun to live in, with its outdoor kitchen, pizza oven, jaccuzzi, indoor swimming pool, four fireplaces, wine cellar, lounge-like full bar (you'd never need to go to a restaurant to drink with friends again!) movie theatre, and gym. It also has one of the craziest backyards we've seen in an urban-ish Vancouver listing, with a dramatic waterfall that cascades over a stone retaining wall and what appears to be a wrap-around fire pit.

If it's the aesthetics that really draw you into a home, an abundance of stunning millwork throughout and "a dramatic, sweeping curved staircase," will be right up your alley. And the ceilings, of course, are "adorned by hand with Venetian marble dust." (Casual.)

Moreover, the mansion is described as "Feng-Shui perfect" and channels five natural elements—fire, earth, water, metal & wood—so you know the vibes would be on point.

If this piques your interest and you're one of the blessed who have an adequate down payment ready to go, realtors Juliette Zhang, Crystal Hung and Jeffrey McDonald are representing the sale.
