Built last year, 'Elements Estate' has caught the eye of more than just a couple of people.
The Shaughnessy home, at 1438 W 32 Avenue, has a beautiful exterior, but it's the interior that's gotten attention.
The home's interior was inspired by five elements: earth, fire, water, metal and wood. Those elements were used by T.Jones Group and Sublime Interior Design and led them to create an award-winning space with a waterfall, custom art and two kitchens along with a spa, gym, movie theatre and swimming pool.
So far it's won three Canadian awards from the International Property Awards (including best interior and best residential property for 2020) and two more from the Homebuilders Association Vancouver. It's also short-listed for multiple awards from the International Design & Architecture Awards (they'll be announced later this year).
Buying an award-winning place isn't cheap, and 'Elements Estate' is going for $21.88 million.
