Would tolls change your mind?

I wonder if Christina Myers would change her tune if she was levied a toll every time she came through New Westminster. Having spent the last three months in Pakistan, I like the way there are tolls (not big dollar values, but tolls) every few kilometres. It makes you think before you drive.
