Dear Editor:
On behalf of Burnaby Mountain Secondary School's Global Awareness Initiative Network, I would like to thank the residents of Lower Sapperton for their amazing support and generosity towards our We Scare Hunger Campaign.
The We Scare Hunger Campaign is run by the non-profit organization, Free the Children. Instead of asking for candy on Halloween night, volunteers go around their local neighbourhood collecting donations for local food banks.
Thank you for helping us make a difference in our community.
