Dear Editor:
I was walking in Uptown New Westminster on Sunday.
Drivers making turns appear to be impatient with pedestrians.
It takes less than 60 seconds for a pedestrian to cross the street, but if you hit a pedestrian, I guarantee it will delay you for more than 60 seconds.
