Dear Editor:
The Arenex is insured. Why not take advantage of that and start building it immediately instead of pushing the rebuild out while installing a temporary bubble that would be used for a few years and then taken down to start rebuilding the new facility.
Rebuild costs will only increase in the two or more years, and with the insurance coverage, the new building might be finished sooner.
Perhaps, under the insurance coverage, the work could be started immediately with the demolition, cleanup and site readiness.
Places have been found for many users, so let’s get going and have the users return to a new updated facility sooner and not waste time.
