LETTERS: C'mon New Westminster, make those speed bumps permanent

We too are pleased by the recent installation of temporary speed bumps along Quayside Drive. Since then there has been a noticeable reduction in over-all vehicle speeds together with a decline in traffic volume. 

Perhaps the city, in considering the benefits these bumps have brought to our street, might make them permanent.
