Crosswalk light counters are still way too short, and most pedestrians don't pay attention no matter what they see, or the colour of the red or yellow or green light, then they wonder why a car hits them or nearly hits them — no fault of the driver, including bicycle riders.
Where are the cops? Give them tickets to the max.
