I want to acknowledge Bill Smith for the work he has been doing at the Fraser Cemetery.
Smith has been out daily for the last month and a half cleaning the headstones of the veterans buried in the cemetery. He has done this of his own accord and has done a remarkable job.
While the rest of us are inside watching too much TV, he has been out in the fresh air getting some exercise and doing the community a great service.
The groundskeepers at the cemetery appreciate his work and so does this graveyard rambler. He is my person of the year. Thank you, Mr. Smith.
