A recent correspondent complains that New West has become a 'concrete jungle' when viewed from the Surrey shore, and uses that to segue into a diatribe about the loss of parking spaces.
I have only one thing to say to this person who wants to drive everywhere: If you don't like New Westminster's climate action plan and the nudges to start driving less, then "On your bike!"
