Letter: Columbia Square housing is needed — but we need to do it right

We can't handle it now — but we can if we pay attention to community needs.

Re: Transforming Columbia Square: 'Housing for all' must be part of the plan

It will definitely be needed, as we are expecting many people into this region.

Can we handle it now? No way. But if we start projects like this that contain schools, daycare, shopping and proper roads. And I understand lower rental, but they are not that low. We also need BC Housing for families and seniors.
