For anybody who's wondering why the cost of living and housing prices are so high, why our hospital workers and emergency service providers are completely overwhelmed, and why our schools are bursting at the seams, you need look no further than the politicians who refuse to acknowledge we have a massive border crisis of our own, whereby we are accepting substantially more immigrants year after year than we can possibly accommodate.
Under normal circumstances, manageable immigration levels are good for this country. But we are no longer living in normal circumstances. And adding millions more people to this country when so many of our essential services are completely overwhelmed is not sustainable. Our politicians need to wake up to that fact and act in the best Interests of Canadian citizens, and not their voting blocks.
