We must say how truly grateful we are having Bosley's in New Westminster.
Karima personally provides top quality customer service and clearly loves animals more than people. When we visit the store, our dog, who's 14 now, gets excited and can't wait to get inside see Karima.
This store is truly "one of a kind" and very, very rare, animal care comes first, when we enter the busy store, our dog is cheerily greeted by name and gets a quick bum rub before even noticing us.
We struggled with various ailments that seemed to be draining the life out of our old dog, and sadly thought, "His time was nearing the end."
Then we found the new store at Columbia Square, the staff rallied together with team effort, carefully examined the food ingredients listed that we were giving Zack and made serious changes to his diet. Within two weeks of his new diet plan, he amazingly came to life again, hot spots were healing, energetic, his coat was becoming shiny again.
They did save our dog's life, literally.
Proven of their care and concern for true animal welfare, we will never go to any other store again. The adoption area is like a little nursery - believe us, the four-legged cuties get ultimate quality care, along with a lot of playtime and exercise, by the loving staff.
Bosley's New Westminster is like no other store; it has a sincere warm loving team of caring staff that we trust.
Karima (the manager) said something one day that brought tears to my eyes: "I will never let an animal go hungry on the street or anywhere else."
There is not an award big enough to show how grateful we are.
