That spaniel-Chihuahua cross, Indio, is gorgeous. We live near Moody Park in a building with a no-pet policy. I'd be happy with a fenced off-leash area in Moody Park. Maybe it would be good to limit this one to small dogs.
Let me warn you about Robert Burnaby Park. There is an off-leash area there, but it has no fencing.
Many people who take their dogs there do not have them on leashes throughout the park. On one occasion, four large dogs came barking and bounding across some distance towards my partner and me.
