Dear Editor:
To the dog owner (you know who you are) who leaves packages behind:
While it is a step in the right direction that you have evolved sufficiently to actually pick up and bag your dog's deposit, you obviously have no idea of what to do next.
Take it with you and dispose of it properly!
Please don't leave it in mine or anyone else's driveway or hedges or on the sidewalk. Admittedly, carrying a bag of waste is not the most pleasant task, but if I and others are responsible pet owners cleaning up after our pets, then why can't you do the same? There are garbage cans; use them!
As a pet owner I have rarely left anything behind for neighbors to complain about, and the odd time I find myself bagless (it happens), I have either gone to the home owner closest and asked for a bag or returned later on to collect it.
Fed up with your lack of consideration for others.
