14-year-old charged with murder, attempted murder after shooting in Sudbury, Ont.

Police say a 14-year-old has been charged with first-degree murder and attempted murder after a shooting that left a woman dead and injured a man earlier this month in Sudbury, Ont.

Police say a 14-year-old has been charged with first-degree murder and attempted murder after a shooting that left a woman dead and injured a man earlier this month in Sudbury, Ont.

Greater Sudbury police say the incident happened on Clemow Avenue, where a 40-year-old woman and a 39-year-old man were found with gunshot wounds.

The woman was later pronounced dead in hospital.

Police previously arrested a 19-year-old suspect in the case and charged him with several offences, including second-degree murder.

They now say a 14-year-old suspect has been arrested in Peel Region and charged with multiple offences, including first-degree murder.

Police are also still looking for one more suspect in the case, and have released images of him.
