A staff report to council states the city’s advisory committees are the missing component of its public engagement strategy.

The plan is to review the city’s committees to ensure they’re providing the engagement and direction the city needs to make good decisions.

Robin Prest from the SFU Morris J Wosk Centre for Dialogue, who worked with the city on its public engagement strategy, is now working with the city on this project.
