The shot the earned Kyle Turris a third overall National Hockey League draft pick from the Phoenix Coyotes in 2007 was on display for all to see Wednesday.
The now-Ottawa Senator centre took a drop pass from teammate Jim O'Brien off his wrong wing and snapped the game-winning goal high to the glove side of New York Rangers keeper Henrik Lundqvist to even the Eastern conference best-of-seven series at two games a piece.
Ottawa overcame a 2-0 deficit to defeat the Rangers 3-2 to win its second game of the series at home. The goal was the first of the playoffs for Turris.
The two teams play Game 5 Saturday in New York.
