Six Burnaby Mountain Selects field lacrosse grads helped McGill University win its first-ever Canadian university championship title.
Jishan Sharples scored two goals, including the game-winner with just 12 seconds remaining, in the 7-6 come-from-behind win over Western University in the Baggataway Cup on Nov. 4.
Jamie Spagnuolo of Burnaby, New Westminster's Kyle Robinson and Connor Goodwin and Quinton Bradley and Rhys Burnell also shared in the title.
McGill also defeated Guelph 9-8 in the semifinals, capping an unlikely three-goal rally in the final minutes.
Robinson, Sharples, Bradley and 2009 Select Ryan Zoehner of Queens University were also named East Divisions All-Canadians.
For Robinson, it was his second consecutive All-Canadian honour as a defender.
Bishop's University goalie David Bigley of New Westminster was also named to the All-Eastern conference team.
