N.W. grad goes on the attack

Carthage College senior attackman Keegan Bowman was named a Midwest conference player of the week in men's lacrosse on March 26. Bowman scored 15 goals and added five assists for the Red Men in three matches last week.

Carthage College senior attackman Keegan Bowman was named a Midwest conference player of the week in men's lacrosse on March 26. Bowman scored 15 goals and added five assists for the Red Men in three matches last week.

The New Westminster Secondary School grad tallied eight goals in a 19-7 win over Berry College on March 21. He also potted four markers for Carthage in a 20-9 victory against Piedmont College a day later. Bowman also garnered a hat trick in an 11-9 loss to Mount St. Joseph on March 25.

Bowman currently leads the nation in Division III scoring, averaging four goals per game. He is also ranked fifth in points with 5.33 per game. Bowman has recorded a total of 215 points to date in his university career.
