The Royals are undefeated for the past eight years and have won a record eight straight B.C. titles. During that span the badminton team has gone an astounding 192 wins without a loss.
Douglas also shone in the individual qualifiers for the up-coming Canadian Colleges' association championships to be held in Barrie, Ontario later this month.
Led by four-time singles champion RuiLin Huang, the Royals qualified five players for the national championships.

Yeung also won a fifth provincial title and is on target for a fifth consecutive national title.
Two-time men's champion Luo Wei teamed up with rookie sensation Nathan Choi to win the men's doubles. Wei will be going for his third straight national title.
"A very professional performance by the team," said Douglas College head coach Al Mawani. "It's going to be a bittersweet nationals with RuiLin, Charmagne, and Amy finishing out their collegiate careers."
