Columbus got single goals from 29-year-olds Alexis Heinz and Lyndsay Sadgrove to unseat the varsity team from the Pacific Coast Soccer League in quarter-final action.
New Westminster keeper Cassie Newbrook surrendered the shutout in the final 10 minutes of play.
"The game result was never in doubt as we had a few chances of our own down the stretch," said Columbus head coach Matt Holbrook. "Columbus did a great job of ball possession."
Columbus takes on Prospect Lake, the No. 1 team on Vancouver Island, in this weekend's semifinal.
Eight-time provincial cup winner Surrey United will take on North Shore in the other semi.
In the men's A cup, Poco FC will take on Surrey United and Delta United will face the MetroFord Wolves in an allVancouver Metro Soccer League matchup in the semifinals.
In the men's B cup, Europa FC from the Burnaby men's league will face surprise semifinalist NVFC Campobasso, who upset defending champions Shaheen FC 2-1 in the quarter-finals.
Surrey FC and Richmond Allblacks tangle in the other B semi.
In master's soccer action, Sapperton Rovers were blanked 1-0 by the CV University of Victoria in last week's quarterfinals.
Westside FC and Poco Castilians clash in one semifinal, while defending and Western Canada champion West Van FC and CV UVic will duke it out in the other semi.
This season, Provincial Cup finals will be hosted by the Metro Women's Soccer League at Burnaby Lake Sport Complex-West on May 12.
Teams winning their respective Provincial Cup championships will represent the B.C. at the Canadian club national championships in Winnipeg from Oct. 3 to 8.
