The Royal Canadian Fraser sea cadet recenly won a gold medal in the senior female category in the provincial biathlon championships at Mt. Washington, posting the fastest ski time of all female competitors in all age categories.
Earlier, in the zone competition in January,Tsang also won gold and was the top marksman overall.
