The New Westminster Little League regular season came to a wrap for the rookie division, where the Dodgers and Red Sox went head-to-head in the championship final last week at Justin Morneau field.
The two teams battled hard and showed a lot of hustle in putting on an impressive display of kids having fun. The final score -- 17-16 in a thrilling run fest -- was secondary to the great time had by all involved.
