1 Get entertained on Friday, Dec. 9, when the New Westminster Symphony Orchestra and Richmond Academy of Dance join forces at the Massey Theatre. The show is at 7 p.m., and admission by donation. The theatre is at 735 Eighth Ave. Info: 604-521-5050, www.masseytheatre. com.
2 Get festive at Irving House on Saturday and Sunday. The home is decked m in Victorian splendour for the Things holiday season and features this we live Christmas music and performances. 3 Get in harmony with the Universal Gospel Choir's performance at Douglas College, on Friday, Dec. 9. Tickets are $18 for students, $25 for everyone else. The event is a fundraiser for projects in Uganda. The college is at 700 Royal Ave.

4 Get in tune with The Gift of Christmas, presented by the Amabilis Singers and Lyric Singers, at Queens Avenue United Church on Saturday, Dec. 10. The show is at 3 p.m. Tickets are $20, and admission is free for children under 12. For more, see www. amabilissingers.org.
5 Get shopping for Christmas at the River Market's holiday show presented by Got Craft? The fair runs both Saturday and Sunday, starting at 10 a.m. There will be a ore) mix of jewelry, clothing, bath to do items, paper goods, art, food ekend and more.
