After rampaging through New Westminster, Godzilla is now setting its sights on Burnaby this weekend, but the city will see another big feature next month.

Tim Burton is coming to town, according to New West's film coordinator, Scott Harper.

Harper said where the Godzilla filming happened, on Sixth Street and Columbia, is near where Burton will be shooting, as well.

"It was really nice having them," Harper said about Nemo Productions crews when filming this month. "I thought they did a great job and we'd love to have more like it."

The police station's exterior will be made to look like a San Francisco police station, for Burton's new film, Big Eyes.

Filming is expected in mid-July, and the drama movie is starring Amy Adams and Christoph Waltz.

Harper said no road closures are expected during the shoot.
