The Vancouver weather forecast is calling for seven straight days of rain after heavy rainfall caused localized flooding in the city.
Crews worked throughout Sunday evening to try and unclog storm trains in high traffic areas.
“Intersections, such as Columbia Street near West Second Avenue and Hastings Street near Clark Drive saw water nearly a foot deep on the roads and sidewalks,” reported the Weather Network.
