Break out the T-shirts, New West — the weather is finally getting ready to feel like spring.
The week is starting cool and grey once again, with current temperatures of 7 C under cloudy skies. It’ll warm up somewhat this afternoon but still only hit a high of 13 C, with the possibility of a shower this afternoon, according to the Weather Network’s forecast.
Tuesday is projected to be cloudy with sunny breaks, with a high of 13 C.
After that, though, the weather starts to warm up. Wednesday and Thursday will both bring a mix of sun and clouds, with a high of 16 C projected for Wednesday and 18 C on Thursday.
It’s all leading the way to a practically perfect Friday, with sunny skies and a high of 23 C — which the Weather Network says will feel more like 25 C. Saturday, too, is projected to be sunny and warm, with a high of 22 C that feels like 24 C.
After that, Sunday may see a chance of a shower with a high of 18 C, leading us in to next week with cloudy skies and 16 C weather yet again.
But let’s not get ahead of ourselves. Get the patio ready and get set to enjoy the sun and heat.
