Police seek witness

The New Westminster Police Service's major crime unit is looking for assistance in identifying a man who they believe may be a witness to a sexual assault that occurred in New Westminster on Feb. 6.

In the surveillance photo released by the police, the man is seen entering the Petro-Canada gas station at 7890 Canada Way in Burnaby on Monday Feb. 6 at approximately 6: 45 p.m.

Police believe this man may have been a witness to a sexual assault that occurred on the New Westminster side of 10th Avenue.
