Pipeline protest: New Westminster MLA Dawn Black with pipeline protesters, Conner Beattie, Ingrid Beattie and his grandpa Stephen, who turned up at her constituency office. Protests were held at MLA offices throughout the province to convey opposition to the controversial plans to pipe crude from the Alberta oil sands. Black and her NDP party also oppose the Enbridge pipleline expansion. The party hasn't taken a stand on the Kinder-Morgan Pipeline expansion proposal.submitted
