New Westminster police searching for break and enter suspect

Police are asking the public to be on the look out for a suspect who was involved in a break and enter earlier this month. On July 10, at about 8 p.m., New Westminster officers were called to a home in the Uptown area of the city.

On July 10, at about 8 p.m., New Westminster officers were called to a home in the Uptown area of the city. The resident came to find the home had been broken into earlier that day, according to a media release.

After investigating the incident, the police have issued a warrant for 27-year-old Brian Joshua Sunshine. He is wanted by New Westminster police for allegedly breaking and entering and by RCMP for an unrelated drug charge.

Sunshine is of no fixed address, 5'8", weighs about 130 pounds, has short black hair and brown eyes.
