New Westminster police look for help to identify potential witness to sexual assault

The New Westminster Police Service's major crime unit is looking for assistance in identifying a man who they believe may be a witness to a sexual assault that occurred in New Westminster on Feb. 6.

The New Westminster Police Service's major crime unit is looking for assistance in identifying a man who they believe may be a witness to a sexual assault that occurred in New Westminster on Feb. 6.

In the surveillance photo released by the police, the man is seen entering the Petrocan gas station at 7890 Canada Way in Burnaby on Monday Feb. 6 at approximately 6:45 p.m.

Police believe this man may have been a witness to a sexual assault that occurred on the New Westminster side of Tenth Avenue.
