Charges are pending after New Westminster police executed search warrants at three homes on Friday.
On April 24, police officers, with the help of the Lower Mainland Emergency Response Team, entered three residences in the 800 block of Fifth Avenue and the 500 block of 10th Street as part of an ongoing drug investigation.
No information on charges or arrests is available at this time, according to Sgt. Chad Johnson, spokesperson for the New Westminster Police Department.
Johnson said the investigators have recommended a number of charges and are waiting to hear from Crown counsel if any have been approved.
More information should be released later this week, he added.
