A New Westminster construction company has been charged with employing illegal workers by the Canada Border Services Agency.

According to the agency's announcement today (Dec. 6), Nektarios Stripping Construction was charged with six counts of employing a foreign national without authorization under the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act.

The border agency alleges that the construction firm had six workers employed around various Metro Vancouver sites as concrete form strippers.

John and Constantine Psarrakis are scheduled to make their first court appearacnce on Jan. 8, 2014 at New Westminster Provincial Court.
